Returns & Cancellations


We have 5 days of Return/Replacement policy from the date of the product/material delivery. In case, if you have received any damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery only.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement

  1. The product is damaged/defective
  2. Differ from the description on the website
  3. Incorrect item delivered
  4. Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity
  5. Missing parts/accessories

Returns are accepted and eligible, only if:

  1. If any defective or damaged product received, in that case, customer needs to notify Customer Care via Email ( or Call +91-720 800 4902 within 48 hours from the delivery date
  2. Products should be unused
  3. All merchandise items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, installation manual, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as per delivered condition
  4. Invoice and Shipping slip should be available
  5. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned under any circumstances (Applicable only on select products only)
  6. Products purchased through clearance sale will not be covered under this policy

How do I initiate a Return Request?

STEP 1 (Initiate a Return Request)
  • Login to Your Account
  • Go to My Returns & Click on Request New RMA
  • Select your Order # & choose the item you require to return
  • Select the reason for your return, packing condition & desired resolution request
  • Go through our RMA policy information & post your acceptance, Click on "Submit RMA Request"
STEP 2 (Return Confirmation)
  • Our customer care executive will call you within 24 hours
  • Confirm the date and Pick up time
STEP 3 (PickUp Process)
  • Pack the shipment to the original form
  • Handover the shipment to the logistic partner


If the items are returned successfully, under the circumstances where the items are not able to make replacement or exchange, then the refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending upon the payment mode used during the placement of your order, it will take around 2 - 5 business days to credit on your respective account.


Cancellations are accepted and eligible only if:
  • Order is not being processed from the vendors / tilebathkitchen warehouse
  • Order is not under transit process
  • Ordered items are not customized as per the buyer requirements
Cancellations are not accepted, when:
  • Ordered items are customized as per buyer requirements
  • Ordered items are imported by the vendor / tilebathkitchen based on the customer/buyer order
  • Ordered items are being dispatch and in-transit
  • Order is at the buyer door step for delivery (i.e., at the time of delivery)
